It was approximately 8:30 in the evening, and it was pitch-black outside. However, that did not stop Jeanette Trotter from sending letters to her friends home, and her cousins, whenever it behooved her to do thus. At this particular time, she had no less than notes ranging anywhere from half a page to three-pages composed and ready to send to her friends. Her right hand ached from the several hours spent writing, and sh knew there were many more ahead, for she was an OW student behind on her work by a term. She had no intention of failing, either, she was going to have to put her nose to the grindstone of her own accord and actually work.

It sucked. But such was life.

Sealing off each and every envelope, Jeanie delegated several school owls to fetch the messages depending on where the letters were going. Some were for Bristol, some other regions of Southwest Britain, some forn the Leeds vicinity, some for Worcestershire, and there was even one bound for Italy. Her family, after all, seemed to be scattered by the four winds,. Not many remained in Italy, although one small group of Vendittis remained.

Fixing the epistles to the legs of the owl, Jeanie gave each a pat on te head and a small smile. "Thank you," she said to the owls, as kindly as she would address a person. Having dne thus, she stepped back and adjusted her stachel onher shoulders. It was so full of books that she was slightly stooped underneath its massive weight.

It was certainly interesting being back, after a 3-month hiatus from Hogwarts, plus vacation- Jeanie had basically only been at school for September, before home life interfered.
