Being a Saturday, there was no classes but the Hogsmeade trip had been canceled due to the freezing cold. This did not stop students from being disappointed, nor from traveling outside and enjoying their day off from school, Abagail included.
Abagail was dressed in a cloak, lined with fur. She wrapped it tightly around her in the cold and awaited Aldous' presence. They had planned to meet here which was the reason that Abagail was freezing her toes off rather than sitting by the fire but she did not mind. Anything was worth seeing her Addy.
She shivered in the cold, not being good at Charms like Aldous meant that she would not even attempt to cast a warming charm on herself, knowing she would turn herself into a pig instead on warming herself up. She glanced back at the castle, looking for any sign of her dear Aldous.
Seeing nothing, she turned back towards the path, her arms pulled to her chest to help keep herself warm. She carefully pulled an arm loose and checked her pockets. She still had the potion and the blanket in her pocket that she had shrunk in order to prevent getting caught. The potion would melt the snow and dry the ground and they would be able to sit on the blanket, should Aldous decide to sit down. If not, she was open to anything he wanted to do.
She smiled, thinking about how sure she was that she would do anything for him. True, they were too young to have sex and Abagail was sure that it had crossed Aldous' mind about as much as it crossed hers. Abagail continued to think about Aldous, knowing she would be safe with him, no matter what and found herself shivering less and less, stareing up at the path ahead while waiting for her "one and only", deep in thought, anxious to see him.

((*Fit of giggles* I think if Abagail is thinking about sex at that age she hangs around with Verena Hutchings too much.))
Nimue had bundled up in a few layers: two layers of white long sleeved undershirts and had a tie die tee over them, mittens that her mom had knitted with matching scarf, a head band that covered her ears along with earmuffs, and a nice pair of faded bell-bottoms.
She was walking around because she knew that Aldous wasn't going to have time with her for a large piece of the day. She needed to get out of the tower for a little while before she went to catch up on some of the work she had missed out on being sick for a couple days. She didn't wander too far off of the path because she knew that first and second years couldn't go to Hogsmeade. She quickly found a nice fluffy bank of freshly fallen snow and delved into it.

Abagail turned around and spotted not her Addy but his stupid friend Nimrod. Yes, she knew her name was Nimue but hey that sounded like Nimrod and that was exactly what Abagail thought she was. A Nimrod.
Her peaceful face had becomge angry and upset. She turned and walked over to Nimue. "What are you doing here Nimrod?" She asked, her voice obviously not please by the girl's appearance.

Nimue started spreading her arms and legs out, making a snow angel. She jumped suddenly as a shadow fell over her and a cold voice that followed.
"Gail! I-I swear I'm not here to make any trouble for you. I didn't know you were here!" She scooted back into the pile of white fluff looking at the older girl in horror.
She knew that Aldous was going on to be with her today and she was doing her best not to get in the middle of it. The last thing that she wanted to do within the next month at least was want to have an encounter with the older girl mostly due to what had happened on her first day of new terms when she threw up all over Al's older brother. She knew that that had still gotten a lot of laughs out of the Slytherins of all ages.
A blush creeped to her ivory cheeks wondering if she had seen the, what would seem like overly friendly way her head had rested on his shoulder when she was feeling her worst just before she was taken by Brutus McKinnon to the Hospital Wing.
